Daily Stretching & Mobility
The core of our programming. An ongoing series of 15 minute video routines, laid out in a monthly format. Meant to be completed once per day, automatically revealing more content as you progress.

Strength Training
Ranging from beginner to advanced, programs include detailed explanations and use minimal equipment. Focus on bringing muscle balance and stability with routines 20-30 minutes in length.

Injury Programming
Recover from an injury or use as prevention with our programs tailored specifically for runners. Includes advice and catered routines for: Ankles, IT Band, Shin Splints, Hip & Knee pain and more.

Runner Resources
Follow various programs and routines designed just for runners. You'll find resources like: Drills, Short & Long Pre-Run warm-ups and myofascial release tips. Warm-up and cool down all in one space.

Meet The Team
Dynamic Athletics began in 2017 with the creation of Dynamic Cyclist. Our team has grown over the past 3 years as we have worked with our members to provide ongoing injury prevention and training specific for cyclists. In 2020, we launched Dynamic Runner as a means of providing a similar service for runners. Our goal is to provide quality content from industry professionals in a form that is easy to use and achieve results.
Our Team is based in Kelowna, BC, Canada and is made up of a small group of athletic therapists, coaches, and weekend warriors who want to run pain free!
