I found the Dynamic Runner program around four months ago. I signed up for 12 months to give it a good try as I know strength and flexibility is a long-term process and particularly important as I am getting older. The website is easy to follow and I find the program motivating. There is so much to this website and something for everyone. The program caters to different fitness levels with exercises varied to suit the individual which is great. It is also very motivating, encouraging me to continue and not give up. For what you get for the price I highly recommend this website.
