START HERE: Develop and maintain and healthy range of motion through a combination of static stretches and dynamic movements. These routines are the core of the Dynamic Runner program, designed to be completed one routine per day. If you're looking to add in some strength training or bonus content, check out the programs below. 

GO TO DAILY STRETCHING PROGRAM

Program Length: 4 Warm Up Routines
Average Routine Duration: 5-10 minutes

Goal: Short warmups done outside, with no equipment, that you can do before you run. Properly warming up will help prevent injury and have you feeling better in the first mile. 

GO TO PRE-RUN WARMUPS

Program Length: 1 Month
Average Routine Duration: 25 minutes 

Goal: Correct muscle imbalances and strengthen supporting muscles so you can run strong and prevent injury. Minimal equipment, follow along at home. 

GO TO STRENGTH PROGRAM

Average Routine Duration: 20 minutes

Goal: Address some of the most common injuries for runners through a combination of mobility and strength training. Programs: ITB Program, Foot Reset, Knee & Hip Pain, and Shin Splints.

GO TO INJURY PROGRAMMING

Program Length: Single Movements 


Goal: This series will break down how to properly roll and release various areas of the body. Feel free to revisit these tutorials at the end of your regular routines.

GO TO ROLL & RELEASE

Program Length: Individual drills

Goal: These drills are designed to condition the body's spring system, working from the soles of the feet all the way upward. This will help change the base of support in the body to improve running efficiency.

GO TO DRILL SERIES

Program Length: Single Routines
Average Routine Duration: 45minutes 

Goal: These stand-alone classes are meant to focus on whole body and mental health. Check out these routines at any time to add variety to your training.
